个人简介:
徐德高,男,中共党员,长江大学物理与光电工程学院特任教授,硕士生导师。主要从事多功能光电器件优化设计的第一性原理研究。研究方向: (1) 各向异性二维材料光电特性的第一性原理研究; (2) 光学伽伐尼效应驱动的多功能光电器件的优化设计; (3) 场效应(磁、挠曲电及铁电)调控的偏振光电探测器。已在Phys. Rev. B/Appl., Appl. Phys. Lett., Mater. Horiz., 等国际权威学术期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇。
