个人简介

余翔翔1990年生,副教授,硕士生导师。研究内容:1微纳加工半导体芯片制备;(2光电检测半导体光电探测器;(3生物检测生物检测晶体管以第一/通讯作者身份在Nano EnergySmallMaterials HorizonsOptics Express等国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇总论文数40余篇,引用1000余次。相关研究成果申请发明专利10余项,已授权1
